Rude and condescending Pharnacists work here- I did not appreciate the way that I was spoken to. I’ve been on the same medication for years and have had it filled at this location for several months, but now they will not refill it…and only told me when I was due for a refill (and nearly out of medication). They cited that it cannot be a telehealth prescription now. Unprofessional, shady practices here and I am reporting them to the state for the way they handled the situation. If I could give this store a 0 star I would. I went to pick up my prescription from the pharmacy (my first time at this pharmacy) and I was verbal attacked by the pharmacy tech KATE because, I did not show my good RX coupon before they rang up my prescription. When I asked to scan the coupon I was told no and that I had to pay Marcs prescription prices. I then asked to use my insurance to see if the price would be different and was told that it would be a 20 min wait. I was the only one in line and both the pharmacist and th... read more
