My father, in his eighties, made a deal on a 22 ranger over the phone, gave his deposit to secure purchase. This was done on Monday. Tuesday morning we started a 3 hour trip to Marcotte Ford to pay the balance and complete the paperwork. An hour and a half into the trip we received a phone call the deal was off, the vehicle had been sold. So since the initial phone call at 9 am Monday, 3 phone calls from Sales manager, Finance manager and salesman and Tuesday morning they discover the truck is sold? I ordered two of the same part from these people and they only sent me one even though they charged me for both. I tried to contact them but they ignored me. It only amounted to $13 but still......... Do yourself a favor and get your parts elsewhere
