Ce here for the first time and the boy that was in there didnt acknowledge me or came to see if i wantes to order. Stood there for a while waiting till he finished rolling pizza dough thinking he would come and assist me, but instead continue to roll another dough. So i left. I will not be coming nack here again and im going to twll everyone i know not to come here.
Terrible experience delivery driver showed up 26 minutes earlier than expected never left a voicemail or text took food back and argued that I should just “expect” delivery. What a joke. Terrible customer service from them pizza was cold and refused to refund the order.
Updating my review. Was contacted by corporate to give it a few weeks and try again after some changes were made. This time the pizza was delivered fast, hot, and fresh. I was impressed. Impressive turn around. I had to wait to eat the pizza it was so hot and fresh.
