Called 3 different times and kept getting placed on hold without even the courtesy of acknowledging that a customer is on the line. Doesn’t really matter most of the fast food restaurants especially on Broad Street serve trash food and have horrible customer service. For those visiting Sumter expect this to be the standard here. Welcome to Sumter

Hello everyone, what can I say about Marco's pizza. Out of all the pizza and Wings chains they are hands down the best one. We go to the store in Sumter and Everytime we get the best service from the staff and the food is awesome. Pizza and Wings you have to try them. Awesome job

Ordered a salad and noticed as it was being prepared the employee was not wearing gloves. Obviously food safety is not priority! Will not be returning.

I just ordered 4 pizzas through online ordering for delivery, and 3 arrived precisely as-ordered. However, the White Cheezy that I got was unlike any White Cheezy I have gotten in the past. The only change I made to this pizza was to add chicken, but it was missing almost everything that made it a White Cheezy. First, it didn't taste like it had any white sauce on it at all, like it was just cheese on bread. It also had no sliced tomatoes, no bacon that I could see, and had no feta cheese on top.
