I want to rate the general manager at the Bountiful Marcos! Five stars plus! I had a cancellation/refund “issue”. When I contacted the store to let them know I hadn’t received the refund yet from cancelling my order, I was talking to the general manager. The nicest, most helpful person. I appreciate dealing with kind people and this person went above and beyond kind!
We went to buy pizzas on a Sunday at 9:30 and they refused to make them because they were half an hour away from closing time. These people have no ethics; don't buy from them. This was on April 5, 2026. They should be fired!
Today I had a real satisfaction. Jeron is outstanding exemplar of customer service. He was quick to take our order and make sure that it comes up right from the oven. As the walk in customers we have been served well above expectations. Hope Jeron’s way to treat people is contagious and I will see more of that service around. Pizza was as usually great.
