I really don’t like to give bad reviews, but sometimes it is necessary to help the next guy. We tried again. After having had a bad experience with this location preciously, we thought we’d give it one more try. Pizza was never delivered almost two hours. When we called to find out what, they informed us that it was on the shelf. We have paid for and ordered delivery. They offered nothing. Literally the worst service imaginable. This was my first time ever having Marcos pizza. Went through drive thru window, employee opened the window & just stared at me, didn’t say a word. Then he motioned his hand at me like “what?” So I just said my name. He walked off, came back handed it to me and he didn’t say a word. I placed an online order that said my order would be ready in 20 minutes. I got there and sat behind a car in the drive-through that never moved so I had to back out of a tricky spot only to go inside and they said they were really busy and it would be more like 75 minutes. Not great!
