The pizza was good but it was 20 min beyond the delivery estimate and it arrived cold and it was not properly cut
Had the New York Pepperoni pizza. It was very good. Service was TERRIBLE ! I walked in and gave them my name. The uninterested cashier was comatose. I was told "not ready". I sat down and waited 15 minutes passed my promised time. I walked up to Express my dissatisfaction. That same person turned around and said "oh,here it is". Lazy, uninterested terrible employee. Food was good for the price but we will NEVER GO BACK because of the TERRIBLE SERVICE.
While my sister swears that they have great pizza, it's not been my experience at this location. Food yends to come out cold. Everyone's taste bids are different, but this just isn't my gig.
I was in there the other day and the guy named Josh was so rude I will be filing a complaint with your head of the company! This is unbelievable.
