Absolutely love Marco’s pizza! Love the freshness and taste. Great and friendly employers
Last time ordering Marco's. Unfortunate because I really like Marco's so hopefully corporate sees this and pulls their franchise. Maybe I will come back if that happens and they reach out to me. Last few times they forgot sauces I paid for. This time they forgot pepperoni, sauces I paid for and did not make well done. Tried to call and they didn't seem to care. Can't lodge a complaint on their website because the site just redirects you to the homepage. Going to dispute the charge on my card.
Severely understaffed and wait times of over an hour for carry-out. Suggestion pay at store so when pizza is not ready you can leave. Terrible franchise.
