I usually don’t do reviews, but I felt like I needed to say something about my experience here. The older female manager consistently has an attitude toward both customers and staff. Her tone and body language come across as rude and dismissive, and she is constantly slinging her neck and giving off an unwelcoming attitude. My review is about service and professionalism only. Just visited the Deltona location on Saxon. Waited at the register for 10 minutes during which time none of the staff asked if we were picking up, ordering, or other. The other 3 people waiting were there for pickup and had already been addressed. When we finally got to speak to a staff member, we indicated need for a gift card. The manager at this location is incredibly rude. When I came in for my takeout order, she didnt even greet me. All she said was "its gonna take a minute before I can help you" and that she knew my order wasn't ready yet. She didn't even get my name - so how would she know?!?!? I waited 45 minutes waiting and finally went back up to the counter. She looked me right in my face and kept on working like i wasn't even there - like she was purposely trying to ignore me. Pizza delivered 30 minutes late , received cold pizza requested to be cut square got regular triangle cut don't think will be ordering from here again
