I don’t know if it is new staff or what but this week our food was horrible. This is our second time this week and both times the pizza wasn’t cut and had a solid 2” of thick burnt crust. The breadsticks tonight were nothing like how they normally are, flavorless and soooo dry. They literally baked them and coated them in flour or something because it was like eating flour flavored cardboard. I am so disappointed. I used to eat here all the time but after bad pizza 2X in one week obviously there is a bigger problem here.

Love the pizza 🍕 😋 & the employees here!! Should of upsold the large pizza, it was only $1 more. Found out after my order was admitted.
The food here is amazing. We always really enjoy it! However, the past handful of times we've ordered delivery, they send the food via doordash vs. them delivering it. The 3-4 times we first ordered delivery, they had their staff deliver, now that doordash has started delivering, our order is consistently 30-45 minutes past their 30 minute delivery time. We live approximately 10 minutes from the location we order from. I hate to give less stars, but delivery is half the service.
