I gave a low service rating because when I came in to redeem my free large specialty pizza the young man (who was just covering himself) checked with the owner to see if I could use it because I had it for awhile. But on the card it said it does not expire. So the owner proceeds to say I can’t use it then he let her(Natalie) know that it says it doesn’t expire and she tells him to get my name and number which is a NO for me because what does that have to do with honoring what you all promised. My daughters and I recently got recommended to come by here and was super impressed by the kindness and grace we were shown by Mrs. Natalie. The pizza was fresh, hot, and extremely delicious. I appreciate everything we received from this location today! Would definitely recommend!!!
