Marco's tends to be our go-to pizza take out place. We love the taste of the food (both the pizza & wings) but the service is definitely hit-or-miss in this location (Murabella.) case in point, my husband walked in and placed an order IN PERSON (because I called it in to the wrong location & he had gone to pick it up.). Order the same pizza i always get. And got completely something different pick up at the store was forced to pay it by the rude Lindsay young lady there was so rude and told me i had to pay for that wrong order and if i wanted to change it i had to pay again. Seems like this place is ran by immature people. Zero customer service. I clearly told her what i wanted act like i was the one that order wrong. She hates this place so much why shes there?
There was a glitch in the app and it made me order from their store instead of 207 , and they refused to give a refund.. asked them please at least give the pizza to a customer who wants it so it didn't go to waste and she just said we can't re sell it. I said GIVE it to them. Very rude and wrong. They know there was a new update to app and caused this error. I always order from the closest store. They should have done the right thing. This was the first time ordering from Marco's and it was by far the best pizza and calzones I've had in a long time. We normally would get pizza on Friday's but haven't in a while cause the other place was very greasy and just not good. So happy to finally go here. I've seen it for a long time but never made the changeover until now. Marco's will be our go to pizza on Friday night from now on. Gotta try it...
Stay away, better options nearby. Staff is unwilling to work with customers when an issue arise and was prompted by a corporate system error.
