My wife called in tonight ordered a large pizza and cheeseybread, although with it being busy we got our order in a timely manner. She spoke to a young lady named Lindsay, she was very helpful and made us feel welcomed. Customer service by her was excellent. We will be back again!!

Marco's tends to be our go-to pizza take out place. We love the taste of the food (both the pizza & wings) but the service is definitely hit-or-miss in this location (Murabella.) case in point, my husband walked in and placed an order IN PERSON (because I called it in to the wrong location & he had gone to pick it up.). Order the same pizza i always get. And got completely something different pick up at the store was forced to pay it by the rude Lindsay young lady there was so rude and told me i had to pay for that wrong order and if i wanted to change it i had to pay again. Seems like this place is ran by immature people. Zero customer service. I clearly told her what i wanted act like i was the one that order wrong. She hates this place so much why shes there?
There was a glitch in the app and it made me order from their store instead of 207 , and they refused to give a refund.. asked them please at least give the pizza to a customer who wants it so it didn't go to waste and she just said we can't re sell it. I said GIVE it to them. Very rude and wrong. They know there was a new update to app and caused this error. I always order from the closest store. They should have done the right thing.
