unprofessional and unacceptable
The delivery arrived over an hour late, and to make matters worse, the pizza was cold and soggy. Even more upsetting was the conduct of the delivery driver. Upon arrival, he left the pizza on the floor. When I called to ask why, he shockingly told me that I should “eat the pizza from the floor.” This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I had a very disappointing experience with Marco's Pizza in Boynton. The delivery driver left my food on the ground, and when I called to address it, I was told to eat the food from the ground. This response was unprofessional and unacceptable. I hope they take this feedback seriously to improve their service.
Pizza had very little sauce and cheese. Mostly bread. Very disappointing because. Marco's is usually our go to when traveling.
