I WAS a longtime customer as food was decent despite very slow delivery until tonight. I placed an order and an hour and a half later no food. Called and they had thrown away my order! They did say they would send me out another order and not charge me but they said they did not keep credit card info despite saying they would not charge me so have a room full of starving people waiting and wondering wtf they did with my credit card info. I went there with a coupon from their website and they refused to honor it because corporate did not inform them. They then told me that all other locations are participating and gave me the address of the next closest Marcos. I called that Marcos and they told me that they were not part of corporate and they are not participating.
If I could give it a 0 I would. I placed an online order at 7:09 and received my 2 sub order at 10:08. And the delivery driver was so rude it was unbelievable. I'm livid.
Best pizza we have ever had. Haven't ordered from any else since our first Marcos Pizza. Tonight it was exceptionally good. Yummy Yummy Yummy.
I placed an order online last night at 5:35 PM. I got an email confirmation saying that the pizza would be delivered in 80 minutes. Two hours later the pizza had not shown up, so I called the store. The guy I talked to acted like he didn't believe me (or didn't care), then said that the store said they did not receive the order because their internet was down.
