I ordered 10 pizza's for a luncheon as a surprise thank you to my team. The pizza was delivered an 1.15 hours after the requested time. A slight delay is understandable as traffic and or some getting lost plays into it but I'd had it delivered atleast 5 other times and it was within a reasonable time. I've reached out on their survey system and heard nothing back. HORRIBLE UNRELIABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL!

I advise you not order from this Marco's past 10:30 PM. They only had one driver, took my money and called me 10 minutes after my order was placed. I ordered at 10:35 PM to get a call back 10 minutes later from someone from Marcos saying "they don't deliver." I told them I wanted a refund back and they never told me how long it takes to get a refund back. Had to call back and ask why they didn't deliver and they said they only had one driver and they were having car troubles. Something tells me, you should hire more drivers ... read more
I’m sitting here waiting for my food that was supposed to be ready 30 minutes ago. They made it all wrong so now I have to wait for it to be remade.

I have been a customer of the Steltzer Road Store since it opened. I had an account that I used to order online and accumulate loyalty points. I just tried to log into my account and it had been deleted. I tried to call but was put on hold so long that I hung up. I guess I'll have to use some of their competitors from now on.
