Hire new people at popps ferry rd location. Just sent my son in to get same pizza I've been ordering for 4 months. The one for 10.69 one topping ... Includes tax. They try to give him a small like a personal pan for the price of the large . I know what I get , I always call it in and you don't need a coupon but the tell him he need ed a coupon for that one. I have ordered from this location since it opened, and the experience has been consistently disappointing. Orders are frequently incorrect, and established Marco’s corporate standards do not appear to be followed. Customer interactions often come across as indifferent or dismissive, with little effort made to correct mistakes or address concerns. 1-Star Review: Extremely Disappointed with Service I had a very disappointing experience at Marco’s Pizza on S. Laburnum. I placed a large order, 6 pizzas and 6 orders of wings totaling around $240 but the customer service was terrible from start to finish. We received Our Delivery on time driver was very polite (Door Dash) However the steak and cheese sandwich was awful, The Bun was Burned, There was very little beef, (It was finely ground for pizza not sandwich) the onions were raw, and there was no cheese on this sub. It was terrible. Manager Paul said he could not help us because it was ordered through Door Dash. ( No fault of Door Dash). He said his name was keri..who knows...i was on hold twice for 20 min...on the third call , out of pure frustration, he finally was on the phone long enough to tell me his name..i ordered pizza from another marcos in sanford instead of picking up my pizza im paying a delivery fee...at this point im starving i work all night and get home hungry. If you dont like your job kerri get a new one

The owner or manager or person behind the counter is a liar. He would not honor Marco's flyer stating a large pizza is $7.99 one topping with the printed date good until April 30. He charged me $17.35 with tax. He tried to say "I had no phone call ordering the pizza" A person wa standing next to me when the girl answered the phone & took my order. ABSOLUTELY 💯 BEST EXPERIENCE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE , PIZZA , WINGS WITH SALAD!!!!! Babcock & Eckert rd is / has been only location I have had the pleasure as looking forward to trying other locations. Thank you Marcos 😊
