Ever since they "reopened" and left the same people in charge as before they closed, it has only went down hill. You can't ask for "light sauce" because either you get the same normal sauce you get every other time or you end up getting cheese bread with toppings because there isn't any on it at all!! Evidently either they have people who don't care about their jobs for starters running it or incompetent people who don't know how to train people or some combination of both! Some Marco's coupons showed up on our door today, so we decided to give it a try for the first time since it opened. Attempted to order online, but the coupon code wasn't recognized. Called the store and the kid that answered couldn't find it in the system. The situation was resolved, yay! Not really. After several failed attempts to get my credit card number correct, I decided to give up and order a pizza elsewhere. You coupon for the reopening could not be used for the square pizza I wanted. The round pizza I ended up ordering I would not eat again.
