We ordered 1 pizza for delivery, the guy told us it would take 30-45 minutes. An hour 1/2 later I called to see if it had possible been delivered to someone else. The lady was very rude and said that was impossible because all drivers are out for deliveries, then hung up. Very upset with the customer service.
I go to Customer Service on Marco's website, but it's won't allow the feedback because of illegal characters. WTHeck? This is my feedback, available publicly: "Website is pokey, at best. When I add a tip, the amount doesn't refresh. I like round dollar amounts in my check book and added the extra .03 tip. Never showed up and I was 3 cents short. Mentioned this before, was a "poo-poo-ed" by customer service, because computers CAN'T make mistakes, of course. It's all on my computer because their system doesn't show any errors.... read more
Took two bites of my sub & bit down on a bread tie clasp. very disappointing
great food but terrible service. last 2 times i ordered i was shorted part of my order. tonight i call back and they say theyre gonna send the guy back with my 6$ worth of food (after giving the driver a 5$ tip) and the driver never comes back. really thorough guys, the order was placed online and somehow it was still messed up each time.
After a long day at Cedar Point it was nice to unwind in our hotel with some amazing pizza and cheesy bread. Yum!!
