Completely rude customer service... done. I ordered online, forgot about a coupon so I immediately called and the manager screamed at my husband over the phone.. I could hear him from the other side of the room.

Recently worked at this location.Needed help one night when it was busy called a shift leader he came in was mad because he got interrupted because he was selling the GM weed,GM was on the clock all day but was at home sleeping or some bullshit and knew it was busy but didn't care to help,So I quit this job right on the spot, don't need to deal with that type of crap!!!
Have been going here for years and have always had great service and great food every time but I was very disappointed in my customer service at my last visit very rude and given the run around about online coupons that the manager said I could only use online (online ordering doesn't work for this store) call back and ask about and someone else picks up the phone very kind and handled it for me disappointed in the managements lack of customer care I don't know if they have new managers but definitely glad I didn't have to d... read more
FIX YOUR WEBSITE! No point in having the feature to order pizza online if you can't ever do it.
Antipasto salad 10/10 would reorder. Never had a bad meal from them.
My family and I have been customers for quite awhile: tonight my dad called to order a pizza and ask about some coupons that we had (that said they could be combined). The employee that answered the phone did not know if he could combine them so my dad asked to speak to the manager. The female manager that was working tonight got on the phone and he again read the coupon to her, she told him "my general manager said I couldn't combine it" so my dad asks "alright may I talk to the general manager then?"... there was silence, ... read more
