RecommendedI really love the food and ill be ordering again but I wasnt thrilled walking in and seeing one of the employees sitting on a barrel of something i assume had something in it for used for cooking and she didn't have her mask on which is required. all 3 employees were on there phones. I grabbed my food didnt get a thank you have a nice night just a ok heres your food you can grab your soda in the cooler behind you and he walked away. not very good customer service.

We order from this location about 2 x's a month. This was the first time we had an issue with our order and they took responsibility and made things right. Great staff working tonight!

The wings are absolutely awesome and meaty, the pizza is delicious, the salads and sides are always fresh, and with the addition of the new calzone line up I am a 3 day a week repeat visitor. The team of people that work at this Marco's on E Broadway in Waukesha is fantastic. Great customer service, they are always happy, smiling, and welcoming. Thank you for such amazing............everything!
Tried Marcos Pizza for the first time yesterday and had the Grilled Chicken Florentine, OMG it was delicious. Guess they will be my new pizza go to. Thanks
The manager is completely rude his driver made a mistake with my address and they actually blamed me for not answering my phone NEVER again will I order from this place -spread the word bad customer service !!
I'm surprised by the negative experiences. I've been a customer since day 1 and the few times there has been a problem, it is rectified immediately. I've always been happy and only one time felt somebody was rude--and I let him know it because I don't have time for nonsense (he was blaming my favorite delivery person for an order placed ONLINE--not with the driver). The staff works really hard and I appreciate them.

I ordered Marcos pizza for the first time in a year and i usually get my order correct. I got the turkey bacon sub and asked for lettuce onions and black olives. When I got home none of that was on my sub. I will not be going back anytime soon
