Terrible customer experience. From Savannah, GA. Haven’t been to Marco’s in quite a while. Made a good sized order online for pick-up to the Habersham location, waited the customary 35 minutes and went to pick up pizza only to find the location closed. There were no indicators online and the money was taken out of the banking account. Rude employees unprofessional
Pizza was to be delivered at 615 and at 645 when I called to check on it, no one had a clue where my order was. The manager, Dijon, was the rudest person I have ever spoken to. Cancelled order and will never be back.
I'm here visiting and my first time here. pizza was really good
First off, Charlene took our order and she just acted like she really could careless what we were asking for. After repeating our order 3 times, it took almost a hour for our food to be done (we ate inside). Then while eating Charlene got a phone call from an angry customer who wanted a refund. She hung up and fussed out loud the entire time we were eating dinner. It was kinda funny to watch but it was very unprofessional. Now food wise... Our pizza was good, the wings, not so much.
