If your employees are too lazy to go out the exit door at Publix I’m thinking they are too lazy to keep it safe shopping at your pizza store!!

Terrible customer experience. From Savannah, GA. Haven’t been to Marco’s in quite a while. Made a good sized order online for pick-up to the Habersham location, waited the customary 35 minutes and went to pick up pizza only to find the location closed. There were no indicators online and the money was taken out of the banking account. Found their number online and tried calling them multiple times with no answer, ended up calling the Berwick location (a suburb west of Savannah) and after a few tries got through to an employe... read more

RecommendedWe order from this location about 2 x's a month. This was the first time we had an issue with our order and they took responsibility and made things right. Great staff working tonight!

had hair in my food when it arrives 30 mins ago. immediately called shop and Ben Gonzalez said I was a liar. no way to send photos. no resolution. will not spend another penny here again and I've only used them for the last 6 years

I was informed by the order taker that the street I live on doesn't exist because she couldn't find it in her computer. She kept namin other streets asking if I was sure it wasn't one of those. Maybe you live on North St? I told her NO. I live on N.13th St, where I have lived now for over 6 years, and she still INSISTED I was WRONG.☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️
RecommendedOur XL big cheese pizza tasted really good but it was not the easiest to eat. We didn’t order it cut any special way and expected the usual pizza triangles. Instead it appears it was cut both triangle and square resulting in multiple small weird shaped slices. 3.5/5 stars.
