Amazing customer service today. Had a scheduled appointment for my car to be washed, waxed, and detailed. Very prompt and courteous! My 5 year old car looks brand new. Thank you Marco's! I will tell everyone about your service.

My daughter had always raved about how great this place was she got had her vehicles washed. The first time I tried it, I was hooked! Their prices are comparable to other carwashes, but what I love the most is that for a little extra they will take my mats out which are the weather tech and will scrub, rinse and dry them for me and put them back in. I lived in Winston Salem for three years plus and never knew it was there until about three months ago! I decided one day last weekend to go because the line was short. I was pleasantly surprised at the way my car looked when they guys at Marcos finished my SUV. It had not sparkled that much inside and outside since I bought it. It looked brand new again! The guys were very pleasant and made sure it was completely done before was able to get it back. I would recommend this place again and again!
Been here many times and had excellent service. The last few visits they tried charging me extra, saying that my Kia Soul is an SUV. When I pointed this out, they agreed and didn't charge me the extra $2. Today, they shrugged and said, yeah, lots of people complain about that and charged me anyway. This will be my last time here.

This was my first experience. The staff was nice. There was some dust and a little pet hair left afterwards but my car was super dirty when I brought it. It looks brand new now. I got the Platinum. Will return. ��
While they did a great job cleaning my car and washing my floor mats, I was floored that they would not claim responsibility for my broken side view mirror which had no cracks before I entered the car wash. They claimed it must have been hit previously and that’s why it cracked now. Ridiculous! �
