I made an appointment for a full detail ($220+deposit) weeks ago, for which they took a deposit. Then when we arrived today, they told us the were closing early and could not honor our appointment. The woman at the desk was apologetic enough when my husband arrived and said they had called several times but the voicemail was full. I do not see any record of their attempted calls. I am sorry you feel that way we did call several times and the voice mail was full also your husband told us he doesn't answer because of so many spam calls and that we should have texted that number instead. I'm sorry you are up set as we value our customers and we admit that someone booked your appointment for today when we where closing early we did refund your deposit When you asked. We asked to reschedule the appointment but did not have any opening to work with your schedule once again I am sorry this happen
Lately I have bad experience the don't vacuum my cars good I pay the premium package and extra for mads so when I talk to the manager he say is a quick wash so I spend 25 dollars for each car and 31 for my mercedes USB, I'm so sad because before was like that, well no more business with them.
Several weeks ago I was there with my mother in laws car. I tried to telll the owner that the week before the guys hit my bumper on the inside wall. Only a paint transfer. He became irate and abusive. I told him I just wanted him to be aware of it and told him several times I was not looking for compensation. I will NOT return. Please check you card closely BEFORE you leave!
I had my car detailed and I could not be happier. My car looks brand new. The time and care that they took with my car was incredible and they made sure I was completely happy with the results before I left. I will definitely be back.
For the money you won't find a better deal. So much better than just running it through an automated wash!
Had my car detailed yesterday and it looks BRAND NEW. Marco’s staff was courteous, professional and transparent. They did what they said they were going to do on time. Couldn’t ask for anything else. They will have all my business from now on!
My parents were coming in from out of town and I wanted my car detailed. I called Marco’s at 9 o’clock in the morning and they told me they could squeeze me in if I brought it right away. I was unprepared for the visit, my minivan was full of car seats and kid messes, and I hadn’t been able to arrange a ride back to the office.
