Doctor Marcos Lopez was very rude and dismissive while reviewing my mother’s exam results. When she asked questions for clarification, instead of answering respectfully with a simple yes or no, he repeatedly responded with comments like, “Is that not what I just said?” which came across as condescending and unprofessional. Awful service, do not recommend. Dr. Lopez is unpleasant, discourteous, and inconsiderate. First of all, their appointments are on average 3 hours long. Second, my mom has been seeing him for a couple years and he’s yet to help resolve any of her eye issues. Lastly, he convinced her that she needed a blepharoplasty to “help her see better”. The day of the surgery he left as soon as it was done. He didn’t bother letting me know if the surgery went well. Came in to a 8:30am appointment got seen by APN till 10:30am stating they had overbooked because normally not all patients show up. Also very little to no privacy when being asked medical history with doors open. Few waiting chairs once you are in the back waiting to be seen by APN. Will not be rescheduling here.
