Came in to a 8:30am appointment got seen by APN till 10:30am stating they had overbooked because normally not all patients show up. Also very little to no privacy when being asked medical history with doors open. Few waiting chairs once you are in the back waiting to be seen by APN. Will not be rescheduling here.

This place has incompetent front desk employees. When I first called to schedule a first time appointment I had to repeat myself like 4 times in English and Spanish so she could enter my personal info. When I arrive to my appointment the front desk lady said my appointment had been cancelled because when they called and texted me I didn’t respond. I did not get any messages because of course she entered my # incorrect. They overbooked appointments and once they call you in they make you wait in another waiting area inside, I... read more
