The masseuse completely misunderstood a joke I said and The other person would not listen to my side. I was yelled at to "get out" and threatened to be tazed all because I asked moe what the worst thing and best thing that happened to her as a masseuse. I gave her scenarios and it went downhill from there and she totally took me the WRONG way. Very wrong. I did NOT deserve to be threatened I can not believe this happened. I'm supposed to have a reiki appt here on Monday.
RecommendedMarconi's is an amazing place for healing! Michelle and her husband are delightful and professional. The receptionist Erin is the sweetest person and funny too. The music being played is really fun and soothing. I just quit going to Federal Way for spine adjustments, because the drive had traffic and construction everytime. Luckily I found Marconi's! Not only do you get the best care in Chiropractic, massage, and acupuncture, But you get to join me in classes that offer relaxation with singing bowls, Reiki, and vegan cooking. Thank you Dr. Marconi and team for the awesome treatments and services plus helping to empower us through learning great skills.
Dr Marconi is an amazing chiropractor! She is so down to Earth and accomidating. Also, Michelle the massage therapist gave me the best massage I've ever had. Love love love this place!
Unfortunately I have been in several car accidents that happened mostly when I was a kid and my body struggles. JD helps me with massage to loosen up all the stress and tension (soon he’ll be my personal trainer to build up better muscles also) and Michelle puts everything back where it’s supposed to be! Michelle is one of the most thorough chiropractors I have ever been to. She really pays attention to my body and tailors my adjustment to my issues. I am so grateful for her!

I’ve been to a few Chiropractors in my lifetime and am very impressed with how thorough Dr. Marconi is with the evaluation down to the adjustments. I have TMJ And after getting an adjustment from her and having my jaw worked on, not only am I sleeping better but I have a lot less pain! The massage therapist JD is also amazing, I felt very relaxed During my massage and I have a lot less muscle tension.
