RecommendedAs a teen mom with my first child 11.5 years ago, I felt warm and at home here. The providers and the staff are all wonderful and very accommodating! I’ve been taking my kids to East Bay since my oldest was a toddler.. and he graduates this year! I think the thing I like most is that the staff rarely changes. From the front desk, to the physicians.. almost all the same faces are present and friendly at every visit. It gives the kids (and me!) a sense of comfort.
I went to east bay pediatrics when I was a child, they were the only pediatric that was able to diagnose my Kawasaki Disease and catch it for my parents before it became much worse. Since then myself and siblings have gone to them. Now my own children as well as family members attend East Bay Pediatric. The doctors and staff are wonderful, they are so loving and caring. I want to thank East Bay Pediatrics for the opportunity to intern for 6 weeks as a Medical Assistant in July 2019. The care and compassion shown to the patients was incredible. The docs were so approachable, professional, efficient and thorough, I was impressed. The Medical Assistants,were extremely helpful to me, as an intern. Love, love, love this place! Always very accommodating and thorough...every single one of them! Very easy to deal with and always great with the kids (at all ages!!). Never a bad experience!
The doctors and staff are so patient and caring. They truly make you feel like one of the family.
Our son and daughter have been going to this practice since they were little and they are now teens. We came to this practice on the recommendation from parent friends of ours and it was the right and the best decision for us. Our kids have been and continue to be in the best possible care no matter which practitioner we see here. The follow through and follow up is extraordinary and like nothing we’ve ever experienced before. Thank you East Bay Peds for all that you do!
Way back when I was picking out a pediatrician I was looking for someone who I could trust and felt was really listening to me and my concerns. East Bay Pediatrics doctors and staff have always been just that. Tyhey are quick to respond to questions and concerns and reliably run on time!
