Didn't love it – Well, I didn't leave crying or hating my hair cut, but for the $$$$ they charge at that salon I feel like I should absolutely love it. The atmosphere is pretty swanky, I admit, but I found the cut and color that I got to be simply average. Not worth the $200+ I paid (and, by the way, I didn't even see any of the more expensive stylists).
VERY BAD!! – I just want to say that the people who work there are horrible and very fake! while I was there I heard 2 of marco's employees talking shetty about how cheap the clients are!!! I was really really shocked! I didn't think that this is a good place to be after the clients leave they talk very bad behind them! I dont that even these idiot clients know what the fak is going on behind them they both are FAKE.
The BEST! – If you want to splurge, this is worth every cent! Natini's color is the best I ever had. Hard to do highlights on an asian that look natural and spectacular at the same time, but she did it! Pauline is a genius with cuts. She really takes the time to make sure the cut looks good from every angle, that it lies right with the way your hair naturally falls. I had the best cut & color of my life there. They are the gold standard.
I fly in from Chicago – I've been a client of either Marco or his salon for over 20 years. Ric has never failed me. I think so highly of the overall atmosphere, staff, product and customer service. I have not found a salon in the city of Chicago that even remotely compares. I wait until I need a haircut, or a visit to the beautiful city of Seattle, for the best haircuts I have ever had (and my hair is quite the bit to manage). Thank you for all the great experiences, I'll be seeing you soon.
The Best in Seattle – I spent years searching for a good salon in Seattle and I finally found Marco's Salon. My hair is kind of difficult to manage, and I was never able to find someone who knows how to deal with it. I finally found Pauline in Marco's Salon who knows exactly how to deal with my hair. Superb service and great staff – Marco's is the best salon in Seattle. When visiting here, the staff greets everyone with a smile and a offer of of beverage. The environment is sleek and sophisticated. My stylist Ric gave me the best haircut EVER! I will be a loyal customer to this salon and to Ric.

highly recommend Lisa – I'd been to several different hair salons in Seattle and this is the best place so far. Everybody in the salon was genuinely nice and made me feel comfortable. I was impressed with Lisa for being such a good listener and the haircut she gave me was superb. Now I don't have to fly to San Francisco any more for a good haircut.
Luxury all the way – From the bathroom to the changing rooms to the tea served on china, it's a classy setting for a hair cut!
