Have seen there service dropping in last couple months.. Thought I would try again. Girl on phone said will arrive in 40 to 45 minutes. An hour past since I ordered it. Called an girl said its been out of oven 20 minutes an will be at your place in 20 to 22 minutes. I said so it will be out of oven 40 minutes by time I recieve my pizza then. She said yes. Will never order anything from there again.. There Quality has dropped an there service. Dont lie to your customers about delivery times just to get there business...
Great pizza good options
We have been ordering from this Marcos for the six years we have been living in Zephyrhills. The pizza is always fantastic and the delivery people are above par. As of today, I will never order from Marcos again and I am really sad. They outsourced to Door Dash for some reason. We are 15 min from the ER restaurant. Door Dash picked up our order at 515 and it wasn't delivered until 617pm. They had promised a 546pm delivery. The door dash girl said it was their mistake because they "stacked the orders".
