Negative Review Extremely disappointed with my experience with Marco Polo Pool Service. Within the first five minutes of Henry arriving, he showed me an alternative way to open my pool filter. The lid flew up like a geyser, landed face down, and broke the valve. Henry acknowledged that he broke it and said he would repair it. A month later, in August 2026, it still has not been repaired. Called for immediate service and owner came immediately shocked my pool then Henry came out next day and cleaned it , pool looks 100% cleaner, highly recommend , attached before and after pics
My old pump was making a high pitched noise and on its last legs. Marco Polo Pools ordered and installed a new one in no time. Very happy with the quality of work and the pump itself. A+
I gave them more than enough chances, but nothing ever improved. The pool was often left looking like it hadn't been serviced properly, and any time I reached out with a concern, I felt brushed off. Good service is hard to find, but good customer service shouldn't be. I won't be using them again.
Very disappointed. Service was inconsistent, communication was awful, and no one seemed interested in fixing the problems. Save yourself the headache and go with a different pool company.
