We moved into our home and Marco Polo was the company already assigned to our pool. At first the service was great when Henry was attending to our pool. We overlooked how difficult it was to communicate with the owner because of this. Now they assigned a new person to our pool and we can not communicate with him since he speaks Spanish. Very reliable experience! Henry was very professional and always on time! Explained the process to me and always answered all my questions! I knew exactly what was going on with my pool at all times. Loved the service!
Pool cleaning was top notch and when I needed a repair they were there quick and fixed it fast. Great company
