We paid $48 for a multitude of photos and almost half in the entire school just don’t get “saved”? They need to either hire better photographers or they need to do better. We waited over a month for these photos just to be told that they don’t have it and refused to make it right? I DO NOT SUGGEST! Don’t give your money to this company! Hire someone privately bc this is just BS!!!!
The photos aren't very good quality for the amount of money put into it also there were many parents as well as myself who felt as if the photographer doesn't even try example 1 little girls headband on her forehead as well as the kids smiles they were caught off guard... and then the code was only valid for 48hrs after pictures were taken leaving a lot of parent without pictures and had to wait for another code... everything was a mess i feel as well as customer service when my husband tried to call and he was told he has t... read more
We reached out (more than once, no response) because we're still missing part of our order from 2 grades ago, unfortunately we won't get school photos this year because the school is using this company again.
This place is awful! Way too over priced and the photos are not good at all!
