Ordered from 84 Lumber in Newport News. Sent in roof dimensions and they sent a list of what was needed. Simple math told me that it wasn’t enough so I upped the order. I was short like 3 trim pieces. 84 lumber called and ordered the pieces that Marco Metals said that I was missing. Then they sent me the pieces I was missing and they sent the wrong ridge cap! HOW HARD IS IT! A job that should have taken 2-3 days has taken over 2 months because of the incompetence! And of course everyone blames the other person!
Delivered earlier today. Very professional and accommodating. Unloading was quick and the process was very smooth. Thank you Joseph for your professionalism and expertise. Hope to work with you again.
