Marco's customer service is the worst! I called their office to find out when our lease on copier terminated as I could not find my copy, was given a January 2018 date and was told to email the termination and questioned then when would the copier be picked, was told it would be picked up when lease was paid off in January 2018. I entered into a lease for a new copier with another company and when called for the pay off amount was told lease expired in January of 2019, now I am stuck with 2 leases due to their customer servi... read more
Great customer Service! I was impressed with their ability to problem solve until everything was right in my unique situation!
I'd give them a 0 star if that was an option. Never would I do business with this company again. The wording in their service contracts is such that you pay for services you don't use! It's also so general that they can change the terms as they wish. Absolute theft. I am all for companies being profitable but making that money dishonestly is another thing. Beware!
