Over and over the company continues to try to invoice us for copies above and beyond our contract. When we send the proof, they still won’t correct the problem - they actually make it worse. Do the math Marco follow the instructions you send us. We had 1,200 B&W copies, a contract that allows for 1,800 copies and they are billing for 20,000 copies. When I talked with personnel they are dismissive of the issue.

We continue to have major billing issues with our leased printer. They over bill our small company for copies that we did not make despite the meter readings we send them. When we call them to discuss the issue, we get the complete run-around. Go elsewhere for your printing needs. An attorney is probably the next call we will be forced to make.
