I have had a wonderful experience each time I have received service from Marco Heating and Air. I called at the end of the work day. Jesse was nice enough to make a late call on a Friday evening. The service was professional and reasonably priced. I will continue to use Marco for all my AC and heating needs.
WAS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY AC UNIT CALLED AROUND GOT SOME PRICES MARCO HAD THE BEST PRICE NEED TO BE LOOKED AT SOON ASAP NO PROBLEM THEY GAVE ME A TIME THAT WAS CONVENIENT FOR ME .THEY CAME OUT AND. CLEANED THE COILS AND PUT IN FREON AND THANKFUL TO SAY MY CHILDREN ARE SLEEPING WITH AC NOW TY FOR THE GREAT SERVICE...
I have been using this Company for over 10 year's and I can honestly say that I have always had remarkable service with them. I have had nothing but great service from inner office staff setting up appointments to technicians that have come to repair my ac/ heating. This is family friendly company and I would recommend them to anyone who asked for the best.
Wonderful service, quick to follow up, called this morning with A/C problem, spoke with a very nice lady who scheduled someone to come out early afternoon (because I wasn't home this A. M.) & he was here within the first hour of the 4 hour window they allot... And he was very knowledgeable and fixed my problem in no time.. Prices were the best around and I even have a brother-in-law who works in A/C.. I would definitely give y'all a thumbs up and recommend to anyone! Thank you very much!

I'm sorry you feel that way, when our technician came out after you called us to let us know you had another company come out and add freon to your unit and wanted our opinion he found that yes your coils are bent in the air handler due to someone you had out to do a coil clean. He also stated you would need a Filter Dryer this is on your outdoor unit that would need to be repaired.
