I had a great experience at Marco Drugs and Compounding. The staff were welcoming, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The service was quick, and I really appreciated how professional and caring everyone was throughout my visit. It's nice to find a pharmacy that makes you feel valued as a customer. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service and a positive experience.
If you don’t speak Spanish, the lady puts you on hold and takes other calls. This review was done 4 years ago and this evening, I received a response that perhaps should have been done immediately. I could not agree more with what was said in the response. Everyone deserves the same respect and attention. I hope this will be a “best practice” in the business model moving forward, if it hasn’t been thus far. Thank you for your reply.
The staff is amazing, very helpful and friendly. Sonia is very knowledgeable and is always available to answer any questions. In this world of huge chair drugstores, having one where people know their clients is really appreciated. I drive a little bit more but it is worth it.
