We are the owners of a spacious 2nd floor, 3 bdrm, 2 bath end unit, roughly 1636 sq. ft. The unit has a spacious screened balcony that has a small storage room off of it, additionally, top units like ours have a large climate controlled storage room (roughly 8x12) on the back side of the bldg.
