Kevin was outstanding during the home search process. He’s incredibly knowlegeable, does a thorough job when looking at the mechanics of the home and provides his honest yet professional opinion on all green/red flags about a home. We truly couldn’t have gotten the perfect home without him and believe he had our best interest at heart from the beginning to the end. Couldn’t recommend Kevin or the team enough!
Kevin was super helpful and informative. He helped us purchase our home as first time home buyers 7 years ago and helped us when we were ready to sell it. We would recommend him and all of the Marciniak Team if you are looking to buy or sell. He has even kept in touch to as we navigated our move and recommended a an agent to help us search for our new home, even after we moved out of the area.
Friendly, responsive, had answers to all our questions, and most importantly they got our condo sold. Would definitely recommend.
