This woman came into the restaurant that I work at last night and she was the worst guest I have ever encountered in the 17 years that I've worked in the hospitality industry. She was unbelievably rude to every staff member she encountered for absolutely no reason. She was insulting, entitled, utterly obnoxious and never welcome back. I wish I could give ZERO stars
