In reference to the customer service, could it be that they are allowing you to shop without being disturbed or feel like they are breathing down your neck? Just curious if it might have been misinterpreted. I've been in some stores where I can't even browse because I feel like they are breathing down my neck like I am going to steal something. I've just read more good reviews than bad, and I would hate for this business to get a bad reputation if they are only trying to let you have a relaxed shopping experience. :)
I agree on the lack of customer service and they are a little snooty but I love the store. They have my Pandora jewelry and I just bought a cute rain jacket. Cute teacher gifts too. But they could be more friendly.
Cute store, but will not open doors until 10:05 even if you are waiting in the parking.
Love this place! Highly recommend for any gift you may need.
