I have been in the store a few times and I have not had a good experience with customer service. They seem to be snooty and could care less if you buy something or not. I have spoken to a few friends and that is why they do not shop there anymore.
I went to the warehouse sale y'all are havin and it was wonderful the prices are awesome and I saw the comments about the wait being so long but the way I look at is it's a major clearance sale so if your not willing to wait then u don't have to go to it, and I must say I think they're customer service is out of this world thank y'all for everything
Awe, the girls (owners) are the sweetest you'll ever meet! They just want you to feel free to shop! They do have the best variety don't they!
I have never experienced anything but exemplary customer service.
