Hands down the best and honest mechanic I have met in a very long time. It’s refreshing. After searching high and low for someone to fix my aircon in my 2002 commodore SS which nobody in QLD could do, I was sent to Jake as he has been the family mechanic for a while now and he was absolutely fantastic! After being recommended MSA by a number of Facebook members I had high hopes. Unfortunately almost 3 days and two calls later I’m still waiting on a return phone call for a simple quote that I was advised “has been completed” I understand a mechanic is a mechanic but hire a shed manager to handle admin if you can’t multitask.
Cannot recommend MSA more highly. Being new to the Coffs area and also a young female, I was nervous about finding a reliable and trustworthy mechanic - Jake has exceeded expectations on several occasions. He is fair, works hard, and essentially just a decent human. 5 stars don’t give justice. Thanks Jake & team!
