Dr. Halpern is a wonderful neurologist who truly cares about her patients. She treated me with respect and listened carefully to the concerns I had. I highly recommend Dr. Halpern.
Incompetent staff! Made an appointment for October 16, all the back on June 21. Somehow, an appointment was scheduled the following day for June 22. They have no record of an appointment on October 16. Now, I'm told me that my mother will have to wait until January 25, 2018 for her appointment.
