Dr. Marci Troxell is an exceptional neurologist. She took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and treatment options with clarity and empathy. Her diagnostic skills are top-notch, and she made me feel heard and supported throughout the process. The staff was also very good and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Troxell.
I contacted Marcie Troxell's Peak Neurology office today after being diagnosed yesterday with multiple sclerosis. My GP had sent a referral and advised to me contact the office if I hadn't heard back from them by today. So, I called Peak Neurology and was told by the front desk that the office is very busy, my name has not appeared on their referrals list, that it will take an unknown amount of time before anyone is able to screen the referral should it be received (more than 100 are waiting), that there was a patient presen... read more
For the most part they have it together they have some problems with communication but the Doctor Troxell is amazing and most of the others are too

Customer service for getting an appointment didn't go very well. It caused me to not select Peak Neurology as a provider. Please improve customer service.
