This doctor is very nice. But when an issue came up with my daughters glasses they refused to submit it for warranty. Just flat out refused, brushed me off very rudely. I was told because I tried to super glue it back it couldn't be sent under warranty. Then also told me that this damage wasn't under the warranty anyway. I don't understand what would prompt not sending it in for warranty from the company? Paperwork? Postage? Unless it comes out of their pocket or they wanted me to buy new frames to line their pockets. Greedy... read more
