Went in to get a battery swapped out on my grandmother's watch --not only were they half as expensive as a shop in the mall, they were also quick and very courteous.
Stopped in here with the intention of leaving to compare prices at some of the big name stores. Instead I left with more than what I intended to get and paying FAR less that what I expected to pay! The staff couldnt have been more helpful and personable. I'm not one to buy a lot of jewelry but I can assure you that next time I need to, this will be my first stop.
I might be a sign spinner for these guys but they take care of me in very respectful I would never work for another jewellers they r very nice to the customer

I don't trust anyone else with my jewelry. Great bunch of people and they do wonderful work.
Helped me take some links out of my brand new Bulova diamond watch after Jared's told me to take it to a mall kiosk- I was taken aback by that and just left. Went to see Richard's store, 20 min later my watch fits just right and my wedding rings look brand new! We will definitely be returning for future purchases, the whole staff was fantastic!
There service is second to none.. and there work is amazing!!
