i went in because i felt like one of the claws that hold the diamond in place was up abit up. Frank looked at and one was broken off the other was weak and snapped off. the diamond was barely hanging on. Frank had my ring ready in less then 24 hours. Just picked up looks great. Hopefully last another 43 yrs.. great service friendly atmosphere.. thank you Frank🙏
