You confirmed the appointment, so it was confusing and disappointing when we were later refused as though none of that had been shared. Marcela treat us dirt when we want to see the property next to our house. Because we are not dressed up she treat us like a third class citizen. Very mean. She said you cannot see the property if you are not prequalified even we set up an appointment with her. Little she know we can buy a house cash. Not because we are not dressed up we don' have money. If you are looking for realtor don't ever use her and you're welcome
