Made an appointment for my son, drove over there (30 minute drive) and 20 minutes before the appointment they canceled without an explanation!!!
Dr. Cristea and the staff were so kind and efficient. Was able to get same day appointment and didn't wait very long in the office to see the doctor. Would definitely recommend
Absolute worst doctor I have ever come across. Made fun of me as a mother. Talked down on me and now has made my child terrified of going to the doctors when she used to not mind it at all. We love Banner but will not be seeing this doctor again.
Dr. Marcelle Cristen is very kind and has great bedside manner. She’s very knowledgeable and thorough in her examinations. She takes the time to get to know her patients and is a great listener of patient symptoms in order to make a correct diagnosis. No stone is on turned… She will recommend whatever tests needed to confirm or disapprove possible ailments.
Love LOVE this place. Always in and out. I love the separation sides for sick and not sick. Super good idea! The front desk and nurses are sweet and great with the kids. So is dr Cristea. She has always answered my questions and listen to my concerns. Shes never pushed them aside or not addressed them. Shes always great with the kids. I've been to other dr offices within my 6 years of being a mom and this has been my favorite by far.
