Only because 0 stars isn't an option. My mom tried for several weeks last year to get her lab results with no success. This led to an anxiety attack that caused long lasting back issues for her. This year, she has tried for over a week to get her lab orders faxed to get her blood work done and they have never returned a call nor faxed the orders. Such unprofessional in a doctors office is inexcusable.
