Just moved here from out of state, the PCP I established with referred me to Dr. Wiley as I've had 3 spine surgeries to date. I am so thrilled with this doctor, he's kind, took a lot of time to explain things to me, showed me an exercise to help with hip bursitis and I felt "seen" by him. Not rushed at all and seems like a real down to earth surgeon.
The doctor was dismissive, didn't show any interest in listening to my situation. He explained my x-rays very quick, verily listened to my situation. I was expecting better.
Dr. Marcel Wiley was extremely condescending and rude from the initial line of questioning to gather information regarding my condition & reason for appt. He visibly rolled his eyes and smirked multiple times during my description of the pain that caused me to require emergency care & follow up with his office for future options for care.
