Honestly I was a bit hesitant to come here after reading some of the reviews, but my experience with Dr. Marcarian and the receptionist was the complete opposite of what others described. The receptionist was polite, clear, and helpful from the moment I called and walked in. No attitude, no confusion—just straightforward and respectful communication. My family doctor referred me here. I have been having tonsil issues for over a decade now. The receptionist was rude. I had come in and politely said I was there for an appointment with dr.marcarian and she responded saying “okay well I DONT work for him.” Very rude. The waiting area is in dire need of an update and had boxes everywhere. When I finally spoke to the doctor he asked questions and didn’t listen or care for my answers. I went to see Dr. Marcarian for the second time and should have known better. The receptionist is rude and doesn't care about patients. When I went to see him he said if I needed to come back just give them a call. I called again with a concern and asked the rude receptionist to ask him a question for me. All of the other reviews here are correct. Not only is the receptionist literally the rudest person on the planet, but the doctor isn’t really interested in your pain or chronic problems, and dismisses you after 10 mins. When I tried to make a second appointment, the rude receptionist outright refused even though I was now a patient of his. If you’ve been referred here, make sure you ask for a different referral. This place should have its medical license revoked
