I needed a sepoplasty and I was worried about selecting the right doctor. Dr. Marcarian is the BEST choice. I was recommended him by friends who had similar treatment needs and they all agree he is an exceptional doctor and the result speak for themselves. I was hesitant at first when I saw the reviews, but I had first-hand experience with his work and I can vouche that he is the right option.
I wouldn't recommended this place to my worst enemy. Do not come here
Honestly I was a bit hesitant to come here after reading some of the reviews, but my experience with Dr. Marcarian and the receptionist was the complete opposite of what others described. The receptionist was polite, clear, and helpful from the moment I called and walked in. No attitude, no confusion—just straightforward and respectful communication. My family doctor referred me here. I have been having tonsil issues for over a decade now. The receptionist was rude. I had come in and politely said I was there for an appointment with dr.marcarian and she responded saying “okay well I DONT work for him.” Very rude. The waiting area is in dire need of an update and had boxes everywhere. When I finally spoke to the doctor he asked questions and didn’t listen or care for my answers.
