New patient visit due to change in insurance. Very pleased with my first visit. Clean, pleasant office, friendly staff. Modern equipment and dental techniques used. Hygienist Lynn took time to get to know me, was experienced and did a thorough exam, explaining everything she was going to do to help me feel comfortable. Great job by Alyssa! She is very good at what she does. I no longer dread going to the dentist because of the way she handles my teeth! Always good to see Mrs. Ottesen. I believe she has all her patient's best interest at heart.
The staff was awesome with my son and had great recommendations for him to keep his teeth in top shape.
We always enjoy our dentist appointments at ottesen family dentistry. The staff is very friendly and understanding with the kids and takes their time with each patient providing them with individual care. Dr Ottesen is very sweet and competent and has taken good care of both my kids.
